Storyville is hiring for our full-time FUTUREBEAN Cafe Training program. This is a paid-to-train position where you will learn the subtleties of hospitality and service for all roles in location during a 2-week intensive, and upon graduation, be eligible for a crew position in our 1st & Madison Cafe.

We are currently hiring for the training program expected to begin the last week in March 2024.

Our crew members are cross-trained to perform all food service positions, including :

• Guest Service
• Drink Construction
• Baking & Food Prep
• Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.)

As a Crew Trainee, you will receive :

• Hourly wage of $20
• Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)
• Professional training and advancement opportunities

As a Full-time FUTUREBEAN Crew Member, you will receive :

• Hourly compensation of $21-24 (hourly wage tips)
